“We’re On Fire, Come Watch Us Burn!”

Greetings Pastors Gene and Glenda,

I pray all things are going well with the Restoration Center and the family there. As for us we are doing just great! I am writing to let you know what has been going on. I was invited to go to a small town called Juanjui south of Tarapoto to minister to a group of about 40 pastors on leadership.

Conference started on Thursday and ran though Saturday. From the beginning i was told by the Holy Spirit most of the pastors were not baptized with the Holy Spirit, but there was interference in the spirit, I personally was intimidated, I tend to do that when am in front of pastors with big churches and ministries. But, on Saturday morning I repented and asked God forgiveness and that I would preach what he told me. So I went to church yesterday and God had given me a message for the pastors and leadership of that particular denomination.

I preached from Gen 1 the Spirit moving upon the waters then through Noah sending a dove to see if the waters were reseeding, a type of the Holy Spirit and moved through to the Ark of the Covenant being taken by the enemies, and David trying to get it back from the Philistines (the presence of God), being in Dagon”s temple the sores upon their buds, then to Jesus preaching from Isa. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me...etc. Then I went to John 2 about the wine being reserved for us for the last time, the end times, going through the words given by Jesus in John 14, 16 concerning the Holy Spirit and going to the book of the Acts Chapters 1, 2 etc and an invitation from Isaiah inviting those who are thirsty come to the waters and buy.

I preached for over an hour the anointing was so strong upon me all I could do throughout the message was cry and plead with them about the need in our lives to be baptized in the Holy Spirit. Every person in the audience and there were close to a hundred were weeping before the Lord young and old, hard core people who just got saved.

I made the invitation to come and form a line, every pastor came weeping before the Lord.

as I went down the line some were just standing there and the minute I would get close to them would begun to shake and tremble and weep, when I would put my hands on their shoulders immediately a word of prophecy would come, some I put my hand on their shoulders and I would see their diseases and I would say to them you are sick what’s wrong with you and I would lay hands upon them and they get healed immediately, then I asked for those who were just members of the church to come for prayer too, the same thing happen to them, kind of like when Pastor Dave prays for people going down the prayer lines.

I was weeping the whole time, word of wisdom and knowledge would just gush out of me it was like it was so important to God this dear people get ministered to, Alex the young man from our church followed me right behind catching people, the slain of the Lord were every was weeping and crying before the lord. I just got back to Tarapoto on Saturday the 19th. and it is 8:15a, Sunday and I have to go to church now to prepare my Sunday school lesson.

Also, I wanted to let you know we started tearing down some walls and will begun construction by faith tomorrow morning. We started with less than a hundred dollars so far we have some bricks, which we will start laying down tomorrow and digging for more foundations and columns with rod iron please pray and believe with us it does not take much and all God expects from us is to start with what we have and so we have started. The people of the church made some pledges it amounted close to eighty dollars, i have been taking some pictures, and will try to send them to you via internet.

Well if words would tell what exactly is happening there I know is the signs of Revival down here and I just sense the signs are beginning to come to pass. Restoration ctr. stand with us in prayer please, don’t let up. God is answering your prayers. I believe God will soon release me to minister to more and more pastors all over the jungles here were we are at.

Hello to Everyone at the Restoration Center,

Brother Gene, all of us are doing just great and want to thank every one for the help sent to us here in Tarapoto, Peru, it is a blessing and we appreciate it.

A report on what has been going on: We are preaching it seems every where and all the time. God is opening doors of ministry for us, and people are coming to church who, we do not even know. Last week my wife was approached by some one who lives a couple doors from the church, their 19yr. old son started doing drugs very strongly and they did not know what to do, so they ended up putting in him in a Christian rehab. Well, they were told they as parents need to get right with God so that their son can see they as parents give the example, well so we ended up going to the rehab and asked to preach there (me and my wife). Now the entire family has come to the church on Saturday and gave their lives to the Lord and the story keeps repeating it’s self over and over, so that people are getting saved left and right. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons me and my wife also go out visiting people. Yesterday after visiting me and my wife ended up preaching to a couple girls in front of a brothel if u can believe that, my wife didn’t even know where we were at, and a guy who runs it.

We have prayed and waited for God to bring a Revival and discouraged many times, but we just  kept on keeping on, now suddenly we have so many people that are in discipleship class that we are swamped with people and God keeps on bringing people our way.

Also God is raising up youth who are in training to become future praise and worship leaders at the church.

Please do not let up on prayer and intersession for us down here. When I ask God what has changed and what the difference is He shows me the Restoration Center, you and your team covering us in prayer and intercession.
